Place Your Order
Select a listing, specify the quantity you need, and confirm your order. Your payment is held in secure TradeSafe escrow until you confirm delivery.
Receive & Confirm
Once the coal is delivered and you confirm receipt, the payment is released to the supplier. If there's an issue, our dispute resolution team steps in immediately.
